Pada tanggal 17 Mei hari Jum’at setelah kegiatan senam bersama khususnya santri putri di arahkan untuk mengikuti kegiatan selanjutnya yaitu penyuluhan dari Puskesmas tentang “Hemoglobin”. acara penyuluhan berjalan dengan lancar dan di dampingi oleh bapak ibu guru Pondok Modern Selamat 3 Gringsing. Ada beberapa sesi tanya jawab dari anak-anak terkait materi yang telah di sampaikan, Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan agar siswi Pondok Modern Selamat 3 Gringsing menjaga pola makan dan pola hidup sehat. Hemoglobin adalah protein dalam sel darah merah yang berperan penting dalam mengangkut oksigen ke seluruh tubuh. Tes hemoglobin biasanya dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah kesehatan seperti anemia, materi tersebut di sampaiakan kepada santri Pondok Modern Selamat 3 Gringsing.
