Upacara merupakan kegiatan wajib yang dilaksanakan setiap hari Senin di Pondok Modern Selamat 3 untuk mengenang jasa para pahlawan yang telah gugur, kegiatan tersebut diikuti oleh Bapak/Ibu Guru dan Staff Pondok Modern Selamat 3 tanpa terkecuali. Upacara berlangsung secara khidmat dan berjalan lancar setiap hari Senin. Petugas upacara merupakan dari santriwan santriwati Pondok Modern Selamat 3. Upacara yang dilaksanakan setiap hari Senin ini tentu saja merupakan kegiatan yang bermanfaat untuk membentuk kepribadian yang baik.

Tujuan diadakan upacara bendera, selain sebagai tolak ukur pengamalan Pancasila dan Nasionalisme warga negaranya, juga sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter anak menjadi karakter positif yang akan membangun generasi muda menjadi generasi positif, memiliki pandangan positif dan kinerja yang juga positif. Agar negara ini dibangun oleh anak-anak negeri yang berkepribadian positif. (Sahra)
